Paternity involves the determination of the natural father of a child where the parties are not legally married at the time of the birth of the child. The relationship of the mother to the child is always presumed. Make sure that your rights to your child are protected by hiring Hudson Family Law to obtain the necessary court order for you.
Protecting family assets is only one possible topic that may be negotiated in a prenuptial agreement.
